| Loro Parque - Once a Parrot park, Loro Parque has now grown into the second biggest attraction on the island! (after El Teide, which as a volcano is likely always to be bigger!) Here you must see the world's biggest Penguinarium where 12 tonnes of snow falls every day! There's also a shark tunnel within an aquarium for you to get up close with sharks, Orca (killer) whales recently brought in from SeaWorld, Florida. There are daily sea-lion shows which really can't be missed, as well as lions, tigers, gorillas and jaguars. |
